In the physician’s words: Sapan Bindal, MD

As a physician-led clinically integrated network, Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR) supports each provider within our network, protecting their autonomy and advancing their success – delivering data, tools and services to measurably improve quality of life for the provider, the practice and their patients.

At SWHR, we’ve promised to simplify and empower care, for good, believing the trusted relationship that exists between the care recipient and the care provider is of the highest priority. Sapan Bindal, MD, a board-certified family physician with Cooper Street Medical Clinic, acknowledges the range of support he receives as a clinically affiliated physician, services that include lifting administrative burdens related to referral management, as well as dealing with constantly changing healthcare regulations and insurance requirements that can divert a physician’s time away from clinical care.

SWHR is committed to protecting physician independence while leveraging the network’s vast resources to improve community health. Dr. Bindal acknowledges the impact this alliance has had on his work life, allowing him to focus his attention where it belongs – on the patient.
